‘Suffering’: A Chelsea player is now hurt again, may have picked up exact same injury – journalist

According to journalist Nathan Gissing, Carney Chukwuemeka of Chelsea has sustained yet another injury.

He revealed on Twitter that the 19-year-old is experiencing knee discomfort once more and has not yet recovered from the initial injury he sustained earlier this season.

After playing West Ham United in the season’s second game, Chukwuemeka has not been spotted on the field since.

He was pulled off after scoring his first goal for the team and left looking in obvious discomfort.

By the middle of October, despite spending a significant amount of time back in first team practice, he has yet to make an appearance on the field.

Under the new manager Mauricio Pochettino, the £20 million signing from the previous season appeared to be going to feature a lot in the first two games of the current campaign, but his position on the team is far from guaranteed now.

Chukwuemeka injured again

Cole Palmer’s inclusion in a comparable role has been a revelation for Chelsea this season, as they have won all three games in which he has started.

He, however, had an injury while serving as a professional, leaving England U21 matches early and returned to Stamford Bridge.

Gissing’s admission that he is once again experiencing knee problems makes it look like Chukwuemeka won’t have a chance in this situation.

“In the meantime, Chukwuemeka has been experiencing knee pain once more,” he claimed. Possibly a recurrence of his most recent injury.

It is unknown if either of the young players will be ready for Chelsea’s match against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. This will be the greatest test of the early season for Chelsea.

Reece James has reportedly experienced yet another setback in his recuperation, and his status is once more in doubt.
