Graham Potter has spoken on Chelsea’s appalling loss to Arsenal, and the manager believes the outcome is a true representation of the contest.
“Credit to them; we played against a team that was in a great mood and was self-assured. The lads gave their all. In the box, we encountered a couple circumstances, but we missed the final part.
“Overall, the victory belonged to Arsenal. Although the goal is disappointing, we don’t have many grievances about the outcome overall.
We were defeated by the superior squad today despite our effort and lack of quality. In our opinion, it was a poor goal since we did a good job of defending it.
“We didn’t operate as smoothly as we would have liked. There are always two teams on the field, and you need to know where they are coming from and where they are currently located.
